Refunds or replacements are only available if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order and provide photos of the product and packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Due to the handmade nature of our products and international shipping, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

 

• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders made by the customer
• Shipping delays caused by postal services or customs

Custom & Personalized Items

 

 

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged.

All items are crafted and shipped from Palestine.
